MN Advocacy Partners™ was founded by a healthcare advocate with over 30 years of experience spanning patient care and health insurance leadership. Her advocacy journey began with navigating complex healthcare needs within her own family—an experience that fueled her commitment to meaningful change. After serving two terms on the Minnesota Governor’s Council for Families with Disabilities and working as a Hospital Resource Advocate, she witnessed a persistent gap in traditional home care. The absence of a genuine connection and advocacy for those without a voice. Our leadership understands from personal experience that task completion is needed, but relationships are the foundation of dignity and comfort—No longer overlooked by MN Advocacy Partners, we’re built to bring change. We believe quality care requires more than availability; it requires compatibility. Our relationship-based matching model pairs clients with Care Partners who align with their values, personality, and lifestyle.
